Preheat oven 190c/375f
3 sheets Puff Pastry – cut into 4×4 squares
1 Egg Yolk -beaten
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds- toasted
1 tablespoon -coconut milk
4 tablespoons- confectionary sugar
Dice mangos in small pieces
Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over mangos.
Cut pastry squares in half.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the mango on the pastry .
Top with other half of pastry making a mango stuffed pillow.
Fork seal the edges.
Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl add confectioners sugar,coconut milk and beat together until smooth.
Brush Coconut mixture on Pastry while hot. Sprinkle with Seseme Seeds.
