You may use any kind of dried fruit and or nuts.
20 whole dried apricots
¾ cup good quality chocolate pieces
Gently melt chocolate over a simmering double boiler. Stir- the chocolate will hold its shape and you may not realize it is melted. Turn off heat when chocolate is ¾ of the way melted, remove top from double boiler and set on a towel on the counter and stir until smooth.
Dip apricots in chocolate and set aside to dry. Parchment paper works well for this.
Package them in a nice box or basket !
